Glasses are fitted to your prescription before dispatch — usually ready in 2–4 working days. Sunglasses and frames ship next day, nationwide.
Returns & refunds
Prescription lenses are made for you and can't be returned, but if the vision isn't right within 14 days we re-check and re-fit free. Frames and non-prescription sunglasses can be returned unused within 7 days.
