Who you’re buying from

Every product is sold by the store or brand named on it, from the store shown on the page.

Orkiya provides the platform — the storefront, ordering, and the tools stores use. You buy from, and pay, the store directly. Orkiya never processes or holds your payment: where a store accepts cards online, the payment runs on that store’s own payment provider, and otherwise you pay in cash on delivery or at the store.

Each store sets its own returns, shipping, and terms where they apply. Links to a store’s own policies appear on its product pages.

Where a store doesn’t publish its own, the Orkiya policies on this page apply.

Pricing and availability

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including any tax shown.

Stock and opening hours are shown in real time. We don’t promise availability beyond what’s displayed.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information so stores can fulfil your orders.

You can sign in with an email and password, a passkey, or Google — whichever you set up. If you use Google, the sections above in our Privacy policy explain exactly what we receive.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date on this page changes too.
