Pickup at the store

Choose Pickup and the store prepares your order for collection. You’ll see an estimated ready time and the store’s address before you confirm the order.

Pickup has no delivery fee — you collect from the store during its opening hours.

Delivery

Choose Delivery and the store brings the order to the address you give — with its own rider or its local courier, depending on the store.

Delivery options, fees, and the areas a store covers are the store’s own choices, shown at checkout before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.

Where it comes from

The store shown on the product is where your order is prepared — a real store, with real stock and real opening hours. Orkiya runs no warehouses and ships nothing itself.

If a delivery goes wrong

If an order arrives late, incomplete, or damaged, message the store from the order in your account — they prepared it and can put it right fastest. Returns and refunds work the same way: see Returns & refunds.

Ordering in store

Many stores also take orders in person — at the counter, or by scanning the QR code at your table — using the same menu and the same live stock as online.
