Start a return

Open the order in your account and choose Request return. The request goes to the store that sold the item.

Each store’s return window is shown on its product page where the store publishes one.

What happens next

The store reviews the request and confirms. If it’s approved, you’ll see how and where to return the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing after that depends on your bank.
